Warranty and Refunds

Our tea pillows have a warranty of 3 years after the date of delivery. (Notice, due to different humidity and air environment, the fragrance of our product is NOT guaranteed) Conditions: The buyer will be responsible for the transport costs of all returns.
After inspection of goods, the client will be issued with new stock, or repaired returned goods. Cases will be dealt with individually.
